I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I attended the University of New Mexico for both my undergraduate and law degrees. During law school, I was a Professional Articles Editor for the New Mexico Law Review. I also participated in the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project where I taught constitutional law to high school students in Albuquerque.
After law school, I worked at the City Attorney’s Office primarily in the areas of labor & employment law. I then worked at the Second Judicial District Attorney’s Office where I prosecuted violent crime and gained valuable courtroom and trial experience.
When not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing recreational basketball, and watching UNM sports.
