W. ANN MAGGIORE PUBLISHES ARTICLE WHICH EXAMINES THE USE OF FORCE ON PERSONS EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY

W. Ann Maggiore’s article, “Use of Force on Persons in Medical Emergencies,” examines the growing issue concerning the legal bounds of subduing a violent person by the use of force when that violent person may be mentally ill or cognitively impaired.
