Background:
Ms. Filter was born and raised in Central Missouri. She obtained her undergraduate degree in history in Fulton, Missouri where Winston Churchill first used the phrase "iron curtain".

Ms. Filter practices in the Commercial Department in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, business and commercial transactions.  She is a member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law and General Practice Sections of the American Bar Association.

Sherrill is a member of the Advisory Council of the Assistance League of Albuquerque.  She is married and is the proud mother of one son. She enjoys all things English, reading and Celtic music.  She is also a dog lover.
