Background:

Raul Sedillo was born and raised in Belen, New Mexico. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from New Mexico State University and his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. Upon beginning the practice of law in 2002 he represented the fourth generation of Sedillos to practice law in New Mexico. Raul was recognized as the 2007 Young Defense Lawyer of the Year by the New Mexico Defense Lawyer's Association. Super Lawyer has recognized Raul as a Rising Star in 2012. As a shareholder of Butt Thornton & Baehr PC, Raul's practice focuses primarily in the areas of trucking and transportation, products liability, employment matters and personal injury defense. In his free time Raul is kept busy by his wife, three daughters and training for Tough Mudder competitions.
