I was born and raised in Albuquerque. I attended the University of New Mexico, graduating in 2013 with a B.A. in Political Science. In 2017, I graduated cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law. While in law school, I worked for Sandia National Laboratories as a law clerk and served as the tutor for the Evidence and Trial Practice course. I was also a member of the National Mock Trial Team, competing in several mock trial competitions around the country. Upon graduation I received the Lewis R. Sutin Award, which recognizes excellence in trial and appellate advocacy.
Prior to joining Butt Thornton & Baehr, I was employed by a well-respected insurance defense firm where I specialized in workers’ compensation law and gained experience in personal injury defense and construction defect litigation. In my free time, I enjoy playing sand volleyball, board games, and spending time with my family and dogs.
