After the collapse of the Soviet Union, I came to the United States as a teenager. After college, I worked at for-profit, as well as non-profit, companies before going to law school. After law school, I was invited to work on healthcare reforms at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. After that, I worked as an associate for John D. Wheeler, who is the general counsel for Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center and the Mescalero Apache Tribe. On weekends, I like hiking and cross-country skiing in the mountains of New Mexico. I also like to spend time with my wife and two children and am a blockchain fan.
