Background:
Ms. Maggiore was a firefighter/paramedic before deciding to go to law school. She has been a field provider as well as a state EMS administrator and has authored numerous significant EMS legal articles and book chapters. She is a frequent presenter at national EMS conferences and maintains an active paramedic license. Ann formerly served as an Assistant District Attorney and Senior Litigation Attorney for the State of New Mexico Risk Management Division.
