I was born in Raton, New Mexico. I received
my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UNM.
I attended the University of Kansas School
of Law for one year before transferring to
the UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law.
Shortly after graduating my husband and I
moved back to Albuquerque. I served as an
Assistant District Attorney with the Office
of the District Attorney for the Second
Judicial District. During my time as an
Assistant District Attorney I prosecuted
misdemeanor crimes to include Domestic
Violence and DWI. I have also worked for
the City of Albuquerque in the Litigation
Division. When not practicing law I enjoy spending
time with my family, reading, baking,
and cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs.
